Our satisfaction guarantee, warrants the quality and accuracy of your purchase. If you are not satisfied, simply return your item to us within 30 days for a free exchange.

Exchanges

If your product was purchased on sale, or using a discount code, gift voucher, or any other offer, including free shipping, we will happily exchange your item under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 30 days of receipt. We do not refund or exchange final sale items.

Our returns are hassle free, simply send the item back to us with your order number and return address for swift processing.

Flash sale includes items from our Original Collection only. Prices shown are final, New products are not included in the Flash Sale. All on sale purchases are final, No refunds or exchanges will be given on sale products.

Product Returns

To return your product, contact us within 30 days of receipt. Please include your order number for quick processing. We exchange products within 7 business days of receiving your order.

To register your product for a return, please email us via our contact form and we will provide you with shipping address and order number, where needed, to include with your item.

Product Warranty

All Billy Boston® products are covered by our 12 month and 2 year Product Warranty, as specified on the product page.

Our Wood3 and Titanium products are covered by our Lifetime Manufacturers Warranty. Under our lifetime warranty we offer a free repair or replacement if your eyewear is faulty or breaks due to a manufacturers defect for the life of the product.

*The Lifetime Manufacturers Warranty is valid for 5 years from the purchase date, against any manufacturers faults or defects.

All products are covered by our 2 year Product Warranty unless specified on the product page. Warranty terms are subject to change at any time. 

Product Warranty

Our product warranty covers all our products for a repair or replacement within a 2 year period if the item breaks due to a manufacturers defect. Normal wear and tear are not covered under our product warranty.

Replacement Warranty*

Our optional Replacement Warranty, allows you to request a replacement, to the same value if you drop, break or damage your eyewear and can't get them back into shape within 2 years of purchase. We repair or replace them with a new pair to the same value. One replacement is available for every warranty purchased for the warranty period.

* To register for a Replacement Warranty, contact us via our contact form quoting your order number. 

Where you have purchased an replacement warranty or product warranty and the item is not in stock, or you would like to exchange for another item, you can make a request and we will happily provide you with an alternate style to the same value, or upgrade for the additional cost.  

Return Shipping

Return shipping for product warranty claims is at the cost of the purchaser. We charge a one-time return shipping and processing fee of $25 for all product warranty claims.

Valid Manufacturer Warranty claims are reply paid and your products will be replaced and returned to you at no additional cost.  

Change of Mind & Sales

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, however we do offer exchanges for all products as per our exchange policy noted in our terms and conditions.

Products can be exchanged up to 30 days from receipt of purchase, and must be in original unused condition.

Products purchased on sale, or using any offer, including free shipping are non-refundable. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Free Shipping offers, can be returned at the cost of the purchaser for a product exchange only.
